Additionally, minor damages that may occur during the manufacturing and shipping process are also not eligible for return or exchange. SHIPPING (WORLDWIDE SHIPPING):
Shipment is location-based. UK orders are shipped from the UK. The rest of the European orders are shipped from Germany. Asian orders are shipped from Korea. All other countries’ orders (US, etc.) are shipped from LA. hello82 is not responsible for any customs fees in your country.
